Dear patient, The current context calls for exceptional measures. Several measures will be taken in our clinics to ensure your safety and that of our employees. The following document sets out some measures for which we need your cooperation. At the same time, you will be able to familiarize yourself with our protocols before coming to your appointment, which will facilitate the flow of clinical operations.

Taking an appointment
Appointments can be made by phone or online. Walk-in patients will not be allowed in.
When making an appointment or when confirming it, you will be given a screening form. You should answer the same screening questions when you arrive at the clinic.
We ask that you answer questions honestly.
Please show up alone at your appointment.
If you need assistance, only one attendant will be allowed. With some exceptions, the accompanying person will not be allowed in the treatment room or in the waiting room.
If the attendant absolutely has to enter the clinic facilities, he or she must also answer screening questions.
Arrive on time and if possible telephone when you arrive. In order to respect social distancing, a limited number of patients will be admitted to the waiting room. In the situation where the maximum number of patients is reached, the secretary will ask you to stay outside and call you on your phone as soon as we are ready to welcome you.
Upon entering the clinic you will be asked to disinfect your hands.

In the treatment room
Once in the treatment room you will be asked to rinse your mouth for one minute with an antiseptic mouthwash. Please do not spit out the mouthwash, but rather let it run into the sink.
At the front desk
Keep the protective screen between you and the secretary. If possible, settle the invoice with a payment card.
Finally, we ask you to be understanding with all of the nursing staff. We must wear several protective equipment (when in the red zone) and wait between each patient for the air in the rooms to be recycled by the purifiers. This is only a small part of the measures we are putting in place. Thus, we allow a buffer time between each patient and do everything in our power to respect the time of your appointment.
